Etmißl is an idyllic, formerly independent municipality in Styria, which has been part of the market town of Thörl as a district since 2015. The tranquil village is nestled in the beautiful Hochschwab Alpine region in the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district.

On a plot of approximately 4,000 m² there are a single-family house, various ancillary and stable buildings, as well as a natural swimming pond.

The residential house was built in the early 1970s using solid brick construction and extended by an addition in 2004. It is partly basemented and has a living area of approximately 80 m² on two levels.
