The venerable Hotel Sonne, with approximately 70 rooms and 43 parking spaces, has been in family ownership since 1822 and has continually been expanded and renovated, and the owner has to this day endeavored to best entertain and pamper his guests.

The building of Hotel Sonne has been in use for now 200 years, is currently in a state of severe renovation need and investment intensity, and fundamental and extensive adaptation works would have to be carried out to continue a gastronomic operation, which are partly already being done.

The current designation of the property is „Tourism designation“. In order to achieve a further best possible use of this property or a possible change of use as a residential property or a combination thereof, discussions are currently being conducted with the municipality of Landeck.

The Immobilienmanagement Jenewein company is exclusively commissioned to sell this property and the managing director Peter Jenewein is fully and comprehensively informed about the property and the further sales activities.

The owner does not wish to be personally contacted on this matter, and therefore all further discussions are to be conducted with the Immobilienmanagement Jenewein company. Contact with the owner is explicitly not desired at this stage of the sale.
