Plot 480/1 On this plot of 3.012 m² there are two structurally identical residential buildings (year of construction approx. 1965) on a floor area of 110 m² each, which are partly under-cellared; these are handed over free of tenants. The predominant part of the plot is green area; a small part is landscaped with trees and shrubs.
