The project

Vandans 405 is being built on a 2.000 m² site that was originally intended for residential construction. But what the Montafon really needs are professional commercial spaces. That is how the idea for Vandans 405 came about.

1.000 m² usable area, flexibly divided into units. The smallest unit comprises 104 m², expandable up to 1000 m² – or individually adaptable by combining several units. The modular architecture makes this possible, and without great effort.

What all units have in common: a clear room height of 5,50 meters. In practice, this makes the decisive difference for everything that really needs space in a workshop.
