The annual lease amounts to around € 4.800,--.

The stated operating costs include monthly costs for garbage collection, property tax as well as sewer usage and water meter, water base and water consumption charges.

Infrastructure

In the town center of Loretto there is a bakery with grocery and a tobacconist. Other shopping options, including Nah-&-Frisch markets as well as large supermarket chains, are reachable in the surrounding communities within a few minutes' drive.
