The living areas

Notably, the entire lease payment was paid in advance at the conclusion of the original lease contract for the entire term. Therefore, there are no ongoing lease payments for the future owner.

The rights from the existing lease have been transferred through several contracts and legal successors. Under the contractual arrangements, the respective owners of the lake house are entitled to transfer the lease rights together with the object to a new purchaser without the consent of the Lessor. With the purchase of the lake house, not only the building and its accessories but also all existing usage and lease rights for the remaining term until February 2068 pass to the buyer.
