Gable roof hut with land access in top location of Romantika II

The sea huts in the two Romantika settlements, in contrast to almost all huts in the Ruster Bucht, have a land access as well as an underpressure canal system. The reed-covered, pitched-roof hut is located in the Romantika II settlement, before the grounds of the Ruster Seebades. This hut settlement is easily accessible via piers, i.e. a boat is not strictly required.

The west-facing sea hut is situated in a tranquil setting in the rear (northern) part of the hut settlement, not far from the main canal, which flows into the Nordbucht of the open lake.

The sea hut is notable for its well-maintained condition and is divided into a main house and a separate building (with shower and storage room). South of the plateau a boat mooring has been created.

• Power, sewer, water, SAT system
• The house has, until further notice, a properly shared electricity connection with the neighboring hut, with its own electricity meter. The consumed electricity and the network fees are billed directly with the neighbor.

• Living area (with couch, thus an additional sleeping space)

• ~EUR 2.500,- incl. VAT (standing charge, sewer, water, waste, tourism tax)

Energy certificate:

This property falls under the exemption catalog pursuant to § 5 EAVG, so no energy performance figures need to be provided.
