My semi-detached house, separated by separate entrances, with garage and large carport in St. Georgen bei Rennweg am Katschberg was built around the year 1958 in solid construction. (On the ground floor stone walls as well as brick construction on the upper floor). The attic is still expandable and is insulated. Likewise the roof is insulated and was re-roofed with alpine roof tiles around the year 2007. New plastic-aluminum windows double glazed were installed around the year 2008. Likewise the window sills were newly built in the year 2010. Insulation of the house around the year 2010 with 10 cm Styrofoam. Central heating with oil from around the year 1999, Viessmann boiler and plastic tanks with approx. 4,500 l capacity. The floors are finished in tiles or laminate.
