In summer, numerous hiking and biking tours, a summer toboggan run, adventure climbing garden and much more attract visitors to the region. In winter, 6 modern lifts and 13 runs in all difficulty levels provide skiing enjoyment and snow reliability!

The offered chalet lies a short walk from the piste, with a wonderful, unobstructed view into the valley and the surrounding mountain world. The layout is optimal: on the ground floor you will find a large, open living/dining area with an adjoining kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the valley. There is also a storage room and a bathroom with infrared cabin and toilet on the ground floor.

The upper floor is divided into 4 comfortable bedrooms, which together provide space for 9 people. Here you will also find the second bathroom with whirlpool tub and toilet.

Plenty of storage space for all sports equipment and everyday items can be found not only in the storage room in the house, which also offers space for a second refrigerator, boot warmer and a washing machine, but also in the externally located storage box, which is optimally suited for garden furniture, grill, bikes, etc... Three cars can easily park on the property.

The alpine hut is fully equipped and can be handed over fully furnished. To date, the chalet has also been commercially rented, with numerous regular guests who keep coming back.
