On a wonderfully established and sunny plot with almost 900 m² of area is located this timber prefab house, which was erected in 1977 by an Austrian quality company. Even if individual adaptations are necessary, you can make it very cozy here in a short time and with little effort. The house features an entrance hall with a wardrobe and a guest toilet, a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large bright living room with access to the terrace, as well as two bedrooms and a storage room. In the outdoor area there are two tool sheds, a garage with attached carport, a pool and two raised beds. Heating is mainly provided by a tile stove, which heats the living room and the adjacent rooms with sufficient warmth. Additionally there are electric radiators in every room. A connection option for a backup generator ensures that, in an emergency, the most important functions are maintained.
