Fahrafeld, with just under 370 inhabitants, belongs to the market municipality Pottenstein in the Baden district and lies about in the middle of the Triestingtal, in close proximity to the next larger town Berndorf.

Pottenstein/Fahrafeld, located in a wide valley, is Fahrafeld very well connected in terms of public transport. From the bus stop located on the main road there are connections to the nearby Weissenbach and to Baden, with train connections to Vienna and Wiener Neustadt.

In Weissenbach you will also find a well-stocked Adeg, a Trafik, a Raika, various trades, as well as a primary and a secondary school. Further schools are in Berndorf. In Pottenstein there is a Billa, in the town of Berndorf renowned supermarkets are established.

Access to the Leobersdorf on-ramp to the A2 is reached in about 20 minutes by car. By car you can reach the southern Vienna city limit via the B11 and the A21 in a good half hour, about the same time via the A1 to Auhof in the west of Vienna.

Leobersdorf is a transfer station with a parking garage on the Südbahn main line of ÖBB, with direct connections to Vienna Central Station and toward Wiener Neustadt. There is also a regional train from the stations Weißenbach or Pottenstein to Leobersdorf.

Located in a quiet, idyllic residential development on Kühberg, the house is accessible via a private driveway, which due to its massive construction is also drivable for trucks and work vehicles. Through a large forecourt with a garden toolshed you reach the ground floor, where from the vestibule a laundry room with a WC and an open kitchen with dining area and access to the southwest terrace, with a beautiful view of the well-kept garden with mature trees, is offered.
