Shell construction near Gmünd

This unfinished shell is located in a sunny outskirts location with a view. It is somewhat aged, but it is worth finishing. Construction began in 1987, and thus it is clear that the building permit must be re-submitted, which means that the building regulations have also changed and must be adjusted. The windows are no longer up to today’s standard and would need to be renewed. The walls are plastered and the installations are partly finished. This building is suitable for a family who wants to finish their own home themselves.
