Spacious house in Grund with courtyard

Are you looking for living space for your family, or are you planning to live together with several generations? Do you have many vehicles, enjoy tinkering, and love to celebrate? Is it important to you that your four-legged friends have a humane and beautiful home? Then I would like to warmly welcome you here in Grund, because a lot is possible here!

There is so much to tell, I’ll just start! My exterior walls have stood for parts already very, very long, quite early there was probably a separation in the middle, which is now gone.

Visually I look like a four-cornered house and I have 2 house numbers. The entrance is at the large courtyard gate, and you already find yourself in the inner courtyard, which is both large and private. Here many parties have been held and convivial hours spent. They remain in some hearts as a special and loving memory, and to me a well-kept treasure.

So we continue into the living wing. Here my residents have put a lot of love and harmony into it and have experienced it.

There is a very large kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bedroom are reachable via a few steps. If someone is looking for an office, a utility room, and an additional room for clothes (or something else) you will also find it here. The bathroom is only 10 years old, perfect for maritime friends and it has a very individual peculiarity that has to do with the sink – you’ll be surprised!

The pellet heating with a tank for approx. 5 tons has been added in the last few years; my owners have also repaired and prettified the colonnade in the courtyard. I have housed chickens before, there is a stall with an exit to the outside. Since my land is designated as building land agricultural, my owners may also give animals a home.

Currently 3 goats live with the residents, but they will all move – that will probably be towards the end of the year. If you are in a real hurry to move in with me, then after arrangement I can become available a bit earlier. In the photos there is a tractor visible, and you know what? It belongs to me and may be taken over with the accompanying trailer! You can even drive through the entire yard to the back to the goats and the last stalls. Each house number has its own access.

In the outdoor area I also hide a garage, countless storage rooms together with barns, stables, workshops and storage spaces – just so much space is everywhere! Bus, motorhome, lifting platform... I hold many possibilities for you and I’m curious about your plans! A summer kitchen with a shower and two more usable additional rooms has also been added. That could be something; what do you think?

There is also another part that makes me a little melancholic because it is really heavily impaired and can no longer be inhabited. Maybe you have an idea what would fit here?

Grund belongs to the municipality of Wullersdorf, there is also the school and kindergarten. Within walking distance from me in 10 minutes is a heuriger, where it is sometimes good not to need a car to get back home! The train station is 2–3 minutes away by car, you can shop at Billa in Guntersdorf, or in Hollabrunn. For the animals there is also dog training and a dog exercise area nearby. You can look forward to a lot to see and to tell here with me when you come to visit. I look forward to meeting you!
