Is it important to you that your four-legged friends have a humane and beautiful home? Then I warmly welcome you here in Grund, because here much is possible!

There is so much to tell, I'll just start! My base walls have stood for a long, long time, very early on there was probably a separation in the middle, which is now gone.

Visually I look like a four-sided building and I have 2 house numbers. The entrance is at the large Hoftor, and you already find yourself in the interior courtyard, which is both large and private. Here many celebrations have been held and sociable hours spent. They remain in some hearts a special and loving memory, and for me a well-guarded treasure.

So moving on into the living wing. Here my residents have put a lot of love and harmony into it and have been able to experience it.

There is a very large kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bedroom are reachable via a few steps. Whoever is looking for an office, a Hauswirtschaftsraum.- and an additional room for Gewand (or something else) will also find what they seek here. The bathroom is only 10 years old, perfect for maritime friends and it has a very individual peculiarity related to the sink – let yourself be surprised!

The pellet heating with a Tank for ca. 5 Tonnen has been added in recent years, my owners have also repaired and nicely renovated the Kolonnade in the inner courtyard. I have also housed chickens before, for that there is a stall with an exit to the outside. Since my ground and soil are designated Bauland Agrar, my owners may also give animals a home as well.

Currently 3 goats live with the residents, they will all move eventually – that will probably be by the end of the year. If you are in a real hurry to move in, I can also be available a little earlier by arrangement. In the photos you can see a tractor, and you know what? It belongs to me and may be taken over with the associated trailer! You can even drive through the whole courtyard to the back to the goats and the last stalls. Each house number has its own access.

In the outdoor area I still hide a garage, countless storage rooms together with barns, stables, workshops and storage spaces – simply so much space is everywhere! Bus, motorhome, hydraulic lift…. I offer many possibilities for you and am curious about your plans! A summer kitchen with a shower and two more usable additional rooms has also been added to me. What could you make out of that?

There is also another part that makes me a little melancholic because it is really severely impaired and can no longer be inhabited. Maybe you have an idea what would fit here?

Grund belongs to the municipality of Wullersdorf, there is also the school and the kindergarten. Within walking distance from me in 10 minutes there is a Heuriger, sometimes it is good not to need a car to get home! The station is 2–3 autominutes away, you can shop at the Billa in Guntersdorf, or in Hollabrunn. For the animals there is also dog training and a dog exercise area nearby. You can look forward to seeing and hearing a lot here with me when you visit. I look forward to meeting you!
