The weekend house is located in the Waldcamp Pulkau on leased land. The location of the camp is very well suited for relaxing on days off or for a holiday. Tennis courts, a football pitch and the outdoor swimming pool are located in the immediate vicinity.

The house offers an area of approx. 33 m² divided into an entrance area, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, there is a tool shed and a small storage area on the property, and a covered parking space is available in the immediate vicinity.

All important connections such as electricity, water and sewerage are available. Two gas bottles for hot water preparation using a gas boiler are available in the tool shed, and there is also a washing machine connection. The house is heated using infrared radiators.

Only the house and all items located on the property are for sale. The property itself is not part of the sale. It is leased land. The rent is 1.113,82 € annually. The Waldcamp has approx. 60 units.

Pulkau is a wine and cultural city. The town has a kindergarten, primary school and new secondary school, as well as all important facilities. Everything else can be taken care of in the district capitals of Horn and Hollabrunn as well as in Retz and Eggenburg. There are also sufficient excursion destinations and leisure facilities such as Sonnenwaldbad, hiking and cycling trails, etc. in the town or the surrounding area.
