So I warmly invite you to get to know me here in Schöngrabern, only approx. 5 km from Hollabrunn. I was once built in 1967 on a sunny plot and was originally intended for a family of five.

There you will find a small parlour, a WC, an infrared cabin and another room, a utility area with an additional shower, a small sewing room and further practical ancillary areas for things that may be close to your heart. Both floors are heated by a new gas boiler.

In 2004, an extension was added, integrating the garage and additional (storage) space. Everything was designed so thoughtfully that you can get directly from the garage into the living area without being seen outside or exposed to the weather. Next to the garage – which measures 45 square metres, by the way – the old shed was transformed into a really lovely second parlour with a fireplace, featuring a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen including appliances! The room certainly has the potential to be used extensively, as its own entrance is even barrier-free!

And now I may direct your appreciated attention to the outdoor area:

Here you will find several idyllic seating areas, depending on what time of day you wish to enjoy this wonderful garden. The centrepiece of this splendid little spot on earth is the 8 x 4 metre heated pool with its cover. Good spirits are guaranteed here when, after cooling off in the pool, the private barbecue station serves marinated delicacies, while the side dishes and cocktails are prepared for serving in the parlour.

Raised beds are already available for growing your own vegetables and salad. There is still sufficient space for additional cultivation or a trampoline, a jacuzzi, a swing … What does your heart long for?
