Your solid house is built brick by brick – of course exclusively by well-known manufacturers. The finishes as well as the floor plans can be tailored to your individual wishes. The price for the house refers to a turnkey house, which means that before moving into your dream house you only need to lay flooring and paint.

• Turnkey solid house on a foundation slab (basement available at extra cost) including excavation

Included in the house-building protection letter are, among other things:

• Construction completion bond
• 12-month fixed-price guarantee
• Construction warranty bond in the amount of €75,000
• TÜV-certified construction and assembly regulations and an independent financing service
• Blower-Door test and final inspection by an independent building inspector
• Builder's liability and construction insurance

A plot of land can be purchased for approximately €80,000.

Please note that the plot, the acquisition-related costs (notary costs, real estate transfer tax, etc.) as well as the ancillary construction costs (e.g., utility connections, surveying, construction power, and more) are NOT included in the price!
