Beautiful house in the Wachau

This house was built around 1700 and was comprehensively renovated with great care down to the smallest detail from 2019 to 2023. The living area of ca.170m² is divided over three floors. On the ground floor you enter from the entrance area through the anteroom into the well-thought-out kitchen, and then into the dining room. Directly from the dining room you reach the converted wine cellar with an additional, small earth cellar via a floor hatch. From the anteroom there is also access to a utility room as well as a separate additional WC with a hand basin. The garden and the terrace are accessible from the dining room and via the utility room.

The quiet, cozy terrace is a true oasis of well-being on hot summer days. From here you reach the idyllic garden with a wonderful distant view via the staircase. Garden area ca.150m². There is the option for a larger garden.

The house is heated by electric central heating. Gas connection is possible. In the region, especially in the core locations of Spitz, properties are rare.
