St.Leonhard - Reihenhaus in Eigentum

In St.Leonhard am Fort, GEDESAG has completed a beautiful row-house project in a quiet location. In two construction phases, a total of 9 semi-detached houses (18 units) were constructed.

St. Leonhard am Forst is located in the district of Melk. By car it takes about 15 minutes to the municipality of Melk. From Melk there is a direct train connection to the state capital St. Pölten (about 20 minutes of travel time). St. Leonhard am Forst currently offers educational facilities, such as a kindergarten and a Neue Mittelschule. The Volksschule and Musikschule are located in the nearby town Ruprechtshofen, also quickly reachable by bus. Health facilities, such as several medical practices and a pharmacy, are currently found in St. Leonhard am Forst.
