Since the building is intended for a limited period of use each year and its projected energy requirement is less than one quarter of the requirement for year-round use, the property is exempt from the energy performance certificate requirement pursuant to § 5 Abs. 1 Z 4 EAVG.

Due to a statutory exemption, there is no obligation to provide an energy performance certificate.
