The splendid villa “Gebo” from about 1881 rises as an impressive testament to historic architecture in the midst of a roughly 6.630 m² building land plot. On the first floor, original mosaic tiles, two marble bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, a separate WC and four rooms, three of which have balconies, impress. The attic offers a bright hallway, a modern DAN kitchen (2021) with a solid-fuel stove, three rooms, a shower bathroom and expandable attic chambers. A partial cellar and an underground cellar complete the villa with practical storage and technical spaces.

The romantic guest house, dating from around 1920 from a former barn building, was comprehensively renovated in 2009 and today houses a wellness area with a sauna, steam chamber, shower landscape, relaxation room and storage room. On the upper floor there is a kitchen and two cozy rooms, the partly basement area is well-suited as a wine cellar.

The location directly on the Vienna Woods enables walks and athletic activities in immediate nature, while all daily needs facilities in Pressbaum and Eichgraben are reachable in a few minutes. Schools such as Sacré Coeur or the Norbertinum in Tullnerbach as well as a good highway and rail connection offer ideal infrastructure; the Vienna city boundary is reachable in about 15 minutes.
