You can drive by car up to your property, which is located in a barrier‑protected area. That means no unnecessary traffic noise; there are parking spaces for guests in front of the barrier.

The little house offers a cozy kitchen with dining area and sleeping possibility for up to 2 people, a bedroom for 2 people and a relatively large bathroom for these conditions with a shower, toilet and a window.

Furthermore a nice covered terrace where you can stay outside even when it rains. And believe me, I speak from personal experience when I tell you that it saves the evening or afternoon coffee if others have to go inside and you can enjoy the cooling rain in the dry. 😊

Now a few facts:

The roof and the garden fence with a sliding gate are like new, the cottage is really well maintained and can be used immediately, it is connected to the canal and to municipal water and also has a well.
