In approx. 2 minutes by car you can reach Kritzendorf station with very good public transport connections to Vienna and also in the direction of Tulln (S40 and bus).

Kindergartens, elementary schools as well as middle school and high school are also reachable within a few minutes by car.

The cable ferry to Korneuburg is approximately 1 km from the property - located directly on the towpath - and offers a quick connection to the Donauufer Autobahn (A22) in the summer months.
