I googled my symptoms - turns out I needed to go horse riding!

This wonderful equestrian facility lies in the heart of the Waldviertel and defies climate change with cool nights and not-too-hot summer days.

The buildings here are numerous and leave room for many business ideas, hobbies and animal keeping of all kinds.

There are four living units in total. One of them is currently used privately. It is up to you to rent out the remaining spaces as a main residence or also use them as holiday apartments, for boarders or summer guests.

There is also the possibility to accommodate campers with their motorhomes.

The absolute highlight and centerpiece of this estate is the riding hall (18m x 36m) which, even on wet days, but especially in the cold season, allows for unrestricted training well into the evening.

For tournament-ambitious riders there is a sand arena with quartz sand (20m x 60m) available. The open stalls and boxes allow housing for about 25 horses.

There is also a veterinary practice on the property, which can be reopened if needed.

Additionally there are utility rooms, a riding club lounge, bedrooms for the staff and offices. A saddle room of course must not be missing.

The pasture areas are rounded and range from level to gently hilly, guaranteeing healthy foal rearing as well as ideal movement stimuli for riding horses. These ensure the physical and mental relaxation of all animals! However, if you keep older horses, you can offer them everything a senior needs here.

Currently there are also lease plots being grazed. These can be taken over if desired.

For those who want more there is still the possibility to purchase additional meadows. These areas are then not rounded, but are intended for hay production.

The pond on the meadow plots is a particularly idyllic spot.
