Residential development project Gemeinde Hohe Wand! Top promotion with a free PV system for the first buyer!

Only about 15 minutes from Wr.Neustadt and Neunkirchen away, in a wonderful location with a distant view, four semi-detached houses (WE) and three freestanding single-family houses (sole ownership) have been planned.

On 3 additional plots there is also the possibility to erect a freestanding single-family house (see development proposal/animation in the photo area).

In a quiet, natural location in Gaaden (municipality Hohe Wand) a high-quality new development is being built in modern brick masonry construction. The location offers proximity to Neunkirchen and

Wiener Neustadt, as well as a rail connection in the nearby Winzendorf.

For selection on building plots 9 and 10 there are two semi-detached houses each of 125m² (Top 1) and 125m² (Top 2). The land share amounts to on building plot 9 ca. 402m², on building plot 10 ca.436m².

The project (semi-detached houses) is approved for construction and the start of construction has already occurred.

Project status 18.06.2026: Construction of the upper floor ceiling.

On-site inspection appointments from July 15 (completion of the shell with interior walls).

The turnkey handover is planned for the end of November 2026.

All freestanding single-family houses are sold as sole ownership.

The representation of several forms of ownership within a project is currently not possible for programming reasons.
