The cozy house from the 1960s spans 3 levels and offers a sunny home. Thanks to its hillside location, it overlooks the neighboring houses and gives a view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Consisting of basement, ground floor and attic, the house has plenty of space for the whole family. The entrance area on the ground floor leads to the kitchen, further to the open dining and living area and to the covered terrace. On this floor there is also a bedroom or office, as well as a bathroom.

On the upper floor under the roof there are two large bedrooms and another bathroom.

The basement level offers two nice hobby rooms, which, thanks to the large windows, can also be used as guest rooms or an office. Additionally there is a bathroom here as well as plenty of storage space.
