Embedded in the gentle rolling hills of the Salzburger Seengebiet, not far from the festival city of Salzburg, this traditional estate is located in absolute seclusion. Situated between Wallersee and Irrsee, you enjoy one of the most beautiful regions of the Salzburg state. Both lakes are reachable in only around ten minutes by car.

Inspired by the timeless architecture of traditional farmhouses, a high-quality ensemble of a representative main house and a separate guest house was created.
