The house has an area of approx. 160 m² per floor, with the residential floors comprising the ground floor and the first upper floor, and the second upper floor containing ancillary and work rooms. The cellar, which has daylight, and the spacious attic could be further developed.

Through the second staircase, a separate access and thus also use of the upper floors is possible.

It is particularly worth mentioning the locally renowned top gastronomy. The 4-hochfeins restaurant of the Obauer brothers has been one of the best restaurants in Austria for many years, as has the 'Genießerrestaurant Döllerer' in neighboring Golling.

Due to Werfen's location near the Tauern motorway, which connects Salzburg with the south (Italy, Slovenia and Croatia), the festival city of Salzburg and Salzburg Airport can be reached in just approx. 30 min. The surrounding ski areas can be reached in a few minutes.
