House A is a well-designed, cubist building inspired by the Roman atrium house. The apartments are arranged around a landscaped courtyard that serves as a vertical garden and creates a bright, open sense of space. With 90 modern 1- to 3-room apartments (30 m² to 77 m²), the building offers well-designed floor plans and high-quality fittings. Groundwater heat pumps and district heating ensure efficient climate regulation. A photovoltaic system on the roof generates sustainable electricity, and around 200 trees will be planted in the neighborhood to promote greenery.
