Original preserved wooden box windows, intricate stained-glass windows, historic tiled stoves, coffered ceilings and wrap-around verandas stand as testaments to the highest craftsmanship.

In the course of a monument-appropriate general renovation, the villa was restored with great care and in 2008 was awarded the Heritage Award of the Province of Styria for its exemplary restoration.

The main residence offers three spacious salons, four bright veranda rooms and seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A sauna with park views, an atmospheric vaulted cellar and a charming garden pavilion provide additional retreat spaces.
