This luxury chalet is located in a desirable viewpoint at the foot of the Gaisberg in Kirchberg. The residential area is characterized by exclusive single-family and multi-family houses. The village is reachable in 10 -15 minutes on foot. The Gaisberglift and the Maierllift are also reachable in three minutes by car.

Through the rear access, where also the double garage and a free parking space are located, you enter barrier-free into the spacious, open living/dining area with an exposed reclaimed wood roof truss and indirect floor lighting. From there you have a breathtaking view of the opposite hillside, where the ski slope is located, as well as of the Kitzbüheler Horn lying behind it to the side.

This living-/ dining area presents itself through the partly over 3 meter high space, its 55m2 size and its high-quality and carefully selected materials as the perfect centerpiece. On the same level is the spacious wardrobe.

By elevator you can conveniently reach the two lower levels. But one also enjoys going on foot via the staircase with dynamic stair lighting. In the 1st basement there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, bath, WC, double washbasin and window and another bedroom with en suite bathroom.
