Dual activity/Close relationship
We politely point out that we operate as a dual broker by virtue of existing business practice. Furthermore, we would like to politely point out existing economic and familial close relationships. An existing economic close relationship arises from regular business connection.

Withdrawal notice and rights of withdrawal for distance selling and off-premises contracts
The interested party is informed that for a consumer when concluding the broker contract outside the broker's premises or exclusively via distance selling per § 11 FAGG there is a right of withdrawal from this agreement within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day of contract conclusion. The submission of the withdrawal declaration can be made using the attached withdrawal form, but is not bound to any form. If the broker is to act before expiration of this fourteen-day withdrawal period (e.g., transmission of detailed information, scheduling a viewing), it requires an explicit request by the interested party, which thereby – with complete performance of the contract within this period – loses their right of withdrawal. As full service provision by the real estate agent suffices due to a different business practice, the naming of the business opportunity is sufficient, especially if the interested party does not wish or allow any further activities by the broker. In this case the broker contract can no longer be revoked and forms the basis of a commission claim if subsequently a transaction is concluded on a business opportunity named by the real estate agent. In the case of withdrawal under § 11 FAGG the consumer agrees not to use the information gained.
