The centrepiece of the house is the light-flooded living area on the upper floor, whose glass fronts reveal a dreamlike mountain panorama: the Grosser Rettenstein, the Kitzbüheler Hahnenkamm and His Majesty the ”Wilder Kaiser”. At the centre of the open living space is the open fireplace created by a master craftsman, a designer piece that guarantees you cosy hours on frosty winter days.

Relaxation is the order of the day on the master level: sleeping and wellness. Awakened by the first rays of sunshine of the day, one lets the surrounding nature take effect: the view of the Wilder Kaiser will never become ordinary - rather, a daily spectacle unfolds from the morning light to the evening glow.

The spacious wellness area with its large window elements creates a direct connection to nature - and what could be more beautiful than jumping into the property's own natural pool directly after the sauna.

Nestled in the gentle Kitzbühel Alps, with a direct view of the rugged and steep southern walls of the Wilder Kaiser: Reith is a jewel whose name is somewhat less familiar than that of its famous neighbouring village, but whose charm is thereby intensified even more.

Reith is happy to preserve its insider-tip status, as well as its likeable Tyrolean authenticity. This is evidenced by village shops and authentic cuisine with fine products from local farmers - here, one can share and taste the appreciation for nature and animals directly from and with local suppliers.

The ”Landhaus Reith” is located at the foot of the “Bichlach”, those partly wooded hills between the villages of Reith, Oberndorf and Kitzbühel.

Bichlach is known for its places of power and also for the Gieringer Weiher, which, with its bathing area, provides refreshment on hot summer days alongside Kitzbühel's Schwarzsee. Here you can breathe in nature and clear your head.

Out of the front door and straight into nature. The sound of the Reither Ache relaxes your mind and soothes the soul. In summer, beautifully laid-out cycle paths invite you to enjoy exciting excursions in the saddle. In the winter months, the cross-country ski trail runs along the Reither Ache directly past the house and enables convenient access. The legendary Hahnenkamm is not far away and offers a diverse skiing experience.
