The central heating has been adjustable by telephone since 2024 and can therefore be operated at any time and from anywhere.

On the upper floor, from the hall you reach 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a separate WC, and you also reach the balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery. From the hallway, you reach another room furnished with many rustic objects, which could possibly also be used as an additional bedroom.

Furthermore, the property has its own spring, which can also be used to supply yourself.

In the rear part of the courtyard, there is also a large room for free use, which was formerly used as a workshop.
