This originally traditional Tyrolean country house was fully renovated in 2017 and brought up to a very high standard.

The current owners have additionally invested and removed the intermediate ceiling in the living area. This created a high, airy space with a visible timber roof truss. From a basement room emerged a high-quality and cozy wellness area with a Zirbenholz sauna and wall cladding in reclaimed wood. From a former utility room, a small guest room was created. As part of this modernization, the bathrooms were also given a general overhaul and are equipped to a high standard.

The house presents itself in an elevated but year-round easily accessible location and offers a breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic view from the Wilden Kaiser to the town of Waidring and to the Loferer Steinberge. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Due to the hillside location, one enters the house on the upper floor either via the main entrance or via the connection to the adjacent garage. Here are the cloakroom, the bright living area with a visible timber roof truss and an open fireplace, and the main bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Both from the living area and from the bedroom there is access to the wrap-around balcony which is accessible from three sides. In all living spaces, with the exception of one guest room in the basement, oak plank floors are laid. The bathrooms were fitted with Travertine natural stone tiles; the sauna and the small guest room are fitted with large-format tiles.

A staircase leads to the spacious living kitchen with a dining table on the lower level. This space, like the entire house, is also well and high-quality equipped. The tiled stove located here also provides cozy warmth during the cold season. From here there is access to the terrace and the garden. Furthermore on this level are the two guest rooms, the guest bathroom, the wellness area and the utility room. The covered outdoor terrace is furnished with elegant Dedon furniture.

Except for a few personal items and artworks, all inventory remains in the house and is included in the sale price.
