The exclusive country estate is a property with a history. It unites tradition, culture and luxury in a very special place - in the fascinating mountain world of the Lechtal, just a few minutes by car away from the noble ski area Arlberg with Warth, Lech, Zürs, St. Anton. Already the Benedictines in the Middle Ages valued this place and used it for their monastery and as a mill. The name is derived here as 'Lichtplatz nach der Mühle'. Later, noble owners erected at this site the present generous country-house property with the highest standards as a private estate. The Lechtal is also known for several large hunting grounds that are frequently used by international hunting associations.

'Where the stream roars' — this is how the overall ensemble with its garden landscape of around 3.500 m², the imposing main house and its outdoor facilities can be aptly described. The water has belonged to this estate for ages; it traverses and frames the property from the former mill race, the Doserbach and four other wild streams. Idyllic quiet spots as well as a swimming biotope with a generous sun terrace, a trout pond and ancient alpine forests form the backdrop. Numerous water sources with an officially confirmed drinking-water quality (!) give this estate an excellent ecological stamp.

In front of the classic entrance gate, the outbuilding, a former mill, was converted into a multifunctional conference and party venue – with a water-powered mill wheel, a cinema and a dance floor. The main building itself, due to its size and rustic look, resembles a majestic hunting lodge with all attributes, such as an iron entrance gate with a tree-lined driveway, a castle tower, several footbridges and classic shutters as well as various hunting trophies. Classic rustic antiques, hand-crafted woodwork and precious fabrics in the country-house style stand for the tradition of the house in its surroundings. This makes the special charm of the estate. On the ground floor are the lobby, three different living/dining rooms with terraces in front of them, a classic fireplace room, a professionally equipped kitchen, the house bar and a wine cellar. In the adjacent, multi-story wellness tower one finds a spa area with sauna, steam bath, shower and a relaxation room. The upper and attic floors host two spacious master suites including living area with open fireplace, three junior suites and a further five guest rooms — all with en suite bathrooms.
