In the midst of the hilly landscape on the Mühlviertler Alm lies this old stone pale Sacherl with potential for more. The main building was originally built in 1890 and is located in a quiet, idyllic remote location at the edge of the village near Weitersfelden.

The living wing is in very need of renovation, with a living area of approximately 85 m² spread over 2 levels. There are also stables and a barn. The property is not barrier-free.

A well on its own land supplies the property with water, the wastewater is collected in a cess pit. Heating of the living wing is provided by individual wood stoves. In 1997 a double garage was erected, in 2002 the roof truss was renewed and the roof was newly covered (cold roof). The windows have also largely been renovated.

The accompanying land is divided into approx. 1.2 ha of forest and approx. 3.7 ha of grassland, is parceled and features both slopes and flatter areas, ideal for cows, sheep, goats.
