The people of Vorarlberg enjoy living in their own homes. But in the land of the „Hüslebauer“ it is becoming increasingly difficult to realize the vision of one's own four walls, the dream of ownership.

With our solid wood duplex and townhouses we have been showing alternatives to the classic single-family home for several years. Our houses offer all that buyers of a full-fledged house expect. Just in a slightly different form. With the townhouse project at Guldenäcker in Feldkirch-Gisingen we bring a new size – 107 m2 living space – into play and have also made a few clever adaptations.

We are establishing at Guldenäckerweg a new, very compact solid wood townhouse type with a flat roof (PV system and roof greening included). From the carports—two per townhouse—it's directly to the houses in summer as well as winter, thanks to the covered connection, always dry-footed. On the ground floor there is space for living together – kitchen, dining and living area are here. From here it goes directly to the terrace in loggia style and to the garden. And: for all those who need a home office, this is provided on the ground floor if required. On the first floor there is room for three bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC.
