With our solid wood semi-detached and terraced houses, we have been showing alternatives to the classic single-family house for several years. Our houses offer everything that buyers expect from a fully functional house. Only in a somewhat different form. With the terraced house project at Guldenäcker in Feldkirch-Gisingen, we introduce a new size – 107 m2 living area – and have also made a few clever adaptations.

At Guldenäckerweg we are establishing a new, very compact solid wood terraced house type with a flat roof (PV system and green roof included). From the carports – two per terraced house – you can go directly to the houses in summer and winter, always with dry feet thanks to the roof. The ground floor offers space for living together – kitchen, dining and living areas are located here. From here you go directly to the terrace in loggia style and to the garden. And: For all those who need a home office, this is provided on the ground floor if required. On the first floor there is room for three bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC.
