The hotel with 13 guest rooms was built in 1953, it was converted in 1991, and the guest rooms were partially renovated a few years ago; the existing building can be expanded generously, studies on this are available.

A project for assisted living or as a senior residence could be implemented.

The guest rooms each consist of rooms with their own bathroom (shower or bathtub) and have partial balcony access.

The dining hall, parlor, kitchen, cold room and sanitary areas are on the ground floor, and the guest rooms are located on the upper floor.

In the attic there is an apartment with approximately 113 m² of living space with a 13 m² balcony. Approximately 165 m² of the attic are not developed and are in the shell condition.

An oil-fired heating system was operated in the building, but it has been out of operation for several years.

The business license for the hospitality trade has expired; for a new operation on the most modern state of technology, adaptation work would be necessary.

The designation of the associated properties is BA and LN; there is large expansion potential.
