14 apartments of the new build investment property and the 7 parking spaces are leased for a fixed term. One of the 15 apartments is currently vacant.

The majority of the apartments are rented until 2032. At full occupancy, an annual net rental income of approx. 143.000 Euro net is possible.

The total living area is 850 m², the terraces and balconies of the apartments have a total area of 180 m², the sizes of the 2- to 3-room apartments vary between 42 m² and 72 m² living space.
