In the former cement terminal Kaltenleutgeben, immediately at the Vienna city border, an experimental field for new forms of work and living is being created. Become part of it and shape your individual work and living world!

The renovation concept provides that in the spaces with industrial character almost any use is possible—so the lofts will be usable long-term across trends.

SILOFT includes both support during the conversion phase and a sustainable communication system for long-term coordination among the owners/users.
