Located in the incredible beauty of the Wienerwald, the imposing existing building from the 60s will be made usable in a climate-friendly, sustainable way. The renovation concept provides that in the spaces with industrial character almost any use is possible - so the lofts will be usable long-term across trends.

Siloft includes both support during the conversion phase and a sustainable communication system for long-term coordination among the owners/users.
