In the former cement terminal Kaltenleutgeben, adjacent to the Vienna city border, an experimental field for new forms of work and life is being created. Become part of it and shape your individual work and living world!

Embedded in the incredible beauty of the Vienna Woods, the imposing existing building from the 60s will be made usable in the most climate-friendly sustainable way. The renovation concept foresees that in the rooms with industrial character almost any use is possible - so the lofts will be long-term usable across trends.

SILOFT includes both support in the conversion phase and a sustainable communication system for long-term coordination among the owners/users.
