In the former cement terminal Kaltenleutgeben, directly at the Vienna city border, an experimental field for new forms of work and life is being created. Become part of it and shape your individual work and living environment!

Nestled in the incredible beauty of the Wienerwald, the imposing existing building from the 60s will be made climate-friendly and sustainable to the greatest extent possible. The renovation concept provides that in the spaces with industrial character almost any use is possible - thus the lofts will be usable in the long term across trends.

SILOFT includes both support during the conversion phase and a sustainable communication system for long-term coordination among the owners/users.
