In the former Zementterminal Kaltenleutgeben, directly at the Vienna city border, an experimentation field for new forms of work and living is being created. Become part of it and shape your individual working and living world!

Embedded in the incredible beauty of the Wienerwald, the imposing existing building from the 60s will be made usable in a climate-friendly, sustainable way. The renovation concept provides that in the premises with industrial character almost any use is possible - so the lofts over trends will be usable long-term.

SILOFT includes both support during the conversion phase and a sustainable communication system for the long-term coordination among the owners/users.
