There are 11 underground parking spaces available, each sold for a purchase price of € 20,000 (+ 20% VAT). Monthly operating costs and payments to the repair fund are due. One-time costs for drafting the contract, the entry in the land register, and the real estate transfer tax are payable.

The underground garage belongs to a residential complex completed in August 2020 and is therefore in very good condition. The rolling grille gate can be opened with a remote control and a garage key.

The complex is located just around the corner of Korneuburg's main square. The station is reachable within a few minutes on foot.

The spaces are currently rented, but can be terminated with a 3-month notice period at the end of each quarter.
