As full service provision by the real estate agent suffices due to a different business practice, the naming of the business opportunity is sufficient, especially if the interested party does not request or enable any further activities by the broker. In this case, the brokerage contract can no longer be revoked and forms the basis of a commission claim if, subsequently, a transaction is concluded regarding a business opportunity named by the real estate agent.

In the event of withdrawal pursuant to § 11 FAGG, the consumer agrees not to make use of the information obtained.
