Option 1: The entire plot

Option 2: The division option

As an alternative, a division into two approximately equally large plots is envisaged:

The division option creates compact plot sizes that may be of particular interest for an individually planned single-family house or a comparable residential project.

The current division concept provides for the joint access to be routed via Subplot 2. In favor of Subplot 1, a corresponding right of way and passage is to be granted.

The illustrated division is a non-binding conceptual idea. The final plot boundaries, areas, access widths and easements will be determined in the course of surveying, the legal division and the contractual preparation. The specific buildability of the individual subplots must also be coordinated with the competent authorities on a project-related basis.
