The mobile home will be handed over to the new owners including the furniture (i.e., they are included in the purchase price!).

An energy certificate is not required in this case.

Lease conditions

The lease agreement is concluded for the duration of 10 years and ends thereafter, without that it requires termination.

The usage fee (rent) for the first year is € 13.508,42 + 10 % VAT = € 14.859,26. In the following years you pay the uniform annual rent of € 2.824,92 + 10 % VAT = € 3.107,41.

The contract creation costs including 20% VAT amount to € 405,71.

Furthermore, a contract fee of € 428,26 is payable once.

A security deposit of € 9.322,24 is to be deposited at contract signing. On moving out of the Römersee leisure park, this will be refunded.

This amount can be paid in installments of € 600,00 / year using a special security deposit agreement and SEPA direct debit.

Location

The Römersee lies between Bad Sauerbrunn and Mattersburg and offers a lot of leisure activities besides swimming. In addition to the main lake, there is also a biotope, a fish pond and a private dog bathing pond. At this lakeside mobile home, rest and holiday feeling are in the foreground. If you are looking for variety, you will also find a mini golf course, playgrounds, a tennis and football field as well as a beach volleyball court. For refreshment there is a tavern and a kiosk. Free beach chairs and water loungers are available.
